Enjoy a quirky new art holiday that combines accommodation aboard the restored 1898 Thames sailing barge, the Wyvenhoe, and art classes on shore with the Royal Society of Marine Artists. There are five courses to choose from in London in July, August and September provided by Tradsail’s Wapping River Project. The courses include river trips on the Medway in Kent and the Orwell in Suffolk. Courses are suitable for amateurss and expert artists, who will sketch and take photos on day sails along the river to inform their work in the studio. Costs start from £220 per person for 2 days.
