The Scotch Whisky Experience has unveiled an exquisite new space for private dining among the world’s largest collection of Scotch whiskies. The stunning floor to ceiling bespoke glass vault housing the world exclusive collection, created as part of a recent £3m refurbishment, provides an exceptional space for intimate dining. Ideal for small gatherings and special occasions, the venue offers lucky diners the rare chance to spend time taking in the diversity and beauty of almost 3,500 bottles at their own pace.
Contemporary Scottish cuisine created by the award-winning chefs from Amber restaurant, nestled beneath the attraction, promises to be just as memorable. Groups of up to ten can enjoy a four course banquet created by award-winning chefs, with distinctive Scottish flavours paying tribute to their one of a kind surroundings.
Diners can also enjoy a pre-dinner drink from the new whisky and cocktail bars, adjacent to the Collection, while they admire stunning panoramic views over Edinburgh’s skyline. This new space, the McIntyre whisky gallery, is available for receptions and events accommodating up to 60 guests and was recently chosen for an Edinburgh International Film Festival reception.
