Today’s picture of the day is of Box hill in Tadworth, Surrey. It is a beautiful area of woodland and chalk downland. It is a popular destination for tourists from London and is the ideal place to visit for ramblers and Naturalists. There are many stunning walks and wonderful views to the South Downs. At the top you will find a shop, information centre and an 1890’s fort that is open to the public.
