Today’s picture of the day is of Brighton Pavilion.  It dates back to 1784 and and in 1815 until 1821 it was reconstructed by John Nash, an architect favouring classical and Indian style.  It was bought for Prince Regent in the nineteenth century and is also known as the ‘Royal Pavilion’.
