Today’s picture of the day is of Angus Folk Museum. It is located 5 miles south west of Angus in picturesque Forfar. It offers visitors and insight into how a rural workforce one lived. It consists of 6 quaint cottages dating back to the 18th Century and offers Scotland’s best folk collections and displays tools and machinery from bygone farmyards. The most fascinating item in the collection is a restored 19th Century black horse-drawn hearse.
