If this isn’t going to get you into the spirit of Christmas, then probably nothing will. Sprinting Santas can be seen all over the country this month as runners take part in Christmas pudding fun runs up and down the British Isles. Among them are runs at Covent Garden in London (on 5th December 2009), in Middlesborough (6th December 2009), in Chester (13th December 2009) and many other locations. Check with local running clubs for details.
Perhaps one of the best known is the Aberdeen event where more than 1,000 Santas take part and raise funds in aid of the WildHearts charity.
