We asked our Twitter followers (all 25,000+ of them now!) what their favourite London view was, and here’s a handful of the responses we got back. Some were perhaps predictable but still worthy suggestions (eg. London Eye, Houses of Parliament, etc.) whilst others delved into less mainstream nooks and crannies.
- The Winter Garden restaurant at the Landmark Hotel Marylebone (@PCTBirmingham)
- It’s obvious but view from London Eye at night is incredible. I’m abseiling from Canary Wharf soon – bet that will be a good view! (@katie_silcox)
- Can you see the Lake District from London? If so…. (@stewyphoto)
- the houses of parliament from the river – stunning! (@MillStreamCott)
- The View from Min Jiang our tenth floor restaurant! (@royalgdnhotel)
- The statue of physical energy, Kensington Gardens – my favourite haunt. Always try to visit when I’m in London. (@HMStack)
- My favorite London view is The City, by Millenium Bridge (@pedrobeaumont)
- Waterloo Bridge both sides, in fact any bridge over thames. Houses of P and Tower Bridge from South Bank, is this very dull? (HappyProjectLDN)
- Harrow o/Hill, boarding school premises but open for public (@katka78)
