Enjoy a debate at the first ever Arundel Food Festival
Arundel, set above the lush valley of the River Arun at the gateway to Britain’s newest National Park, is raising awareness of the most delicious and pressing challenge facing communities today: how to provide sufficient food for the future. Amidst much discussion concerning local food, fair trade for farmers at home and abroad, and community growing, Arundel has arranged a wide-ranging debate to be chaired by food-writer, broadcaster, eco-gastronomist, former chair of the Guild of Food Writers and one-time Arundel deli owner, Rosemary Moon. Taking place at Arundel Castle on Monday 18th October 2010 (by kind permission of the Duke and Duchess of Norfolk), the debate is part of the first ever Arundel Food Festival, which will be held from the 16th-24th October 2010.
