A magical Christmas at Belfast Zoo

Belfast Zoo is running a series of Christmas events for kids and adults alike, but along with the usual meeting Santa and such, you can watch when the animals get their presents too.

On Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th December the kids of course get to meet Santa and his elves (who do seem to be getting around this month), plus at various times the Gorillas, elephants, chimps and even Andean bears get their own Christmas presents.

There are also craft sessions and feeding time for numerous other animals such as the sea lions and otters, although it is presumably to wrap a fish in Christmas paper.

A full rundown of all the events can be found on the Belfast Zoo Christmas web page.
