World’s best restaurant to open in London during Olympics

The overall winner of the ‘World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ in both 2010 and 2011 is to open at London’s Claridge’s hotel for 10 days during the summer.  Copenhagen’s Noma restaurant will open a pop-up restaurant in the hotel’s ballroom and it will be led by the restaurant’s Head Chef René Redzepi for the duration. He will offer a five-course menu priced at £195 per person that reflects Noma’s signature dishes and flavours, but with a British twist. The temporary restaurant will open from 28th July until 6th August 2012.
