Day 5 of the Olympic Torch relay – Bristol to Cheltenham

 

Today is day 5 of 70 for the London 2012 Olympic torch relay and will see the torch travel from Bristol at 5.54am to Cheltenham at 5.58pm, passing through Flax Bourton, Backwell Farleigh, Backwell West Town, Nailsea, Failand, Leigh Woods, Bristol (again!), Filton, Chippenham, Calne, Marlborough, Chiseldon, Wroughton, Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon, Cirencester, Stroud, Painswick, Brockworth and Shurdington along the way.

Chelsea striker and Champions League hero Didier Drogba will carry the torch in Swindon, and the final leg will see the Olympic torch placed in Royal hands as Zara Phillips bears it on horseback to Cheltenham Racecourse.
