New events for Bristol this month

There is a packed schedule of events taking place in Bristol this month. Here’s just some of them:

The Phantom Of The Opera, the famous award-winning musical comes to Bristol at the Bristol Hippodrome from 23rd May 2012.

Bristol Evening Post 80th Anniversary Exhibition commemorating this landmark year of Bristol’s local newspaper, until 17th May 2012.

Bristol Folk Festival, one of The Guardian’s top 10 quirky festivals of 2012, 5th-7th May 2012.

Spike Island Open Weekend explore areas of this renowned arts space that are normally closed to the public, 5th-7th May 2012.

Mayfest, transforming Bristol into a theatrical playground at venues across the city, 17-27 May 2012.
