The hotel’s new Luxury Day Delegate package allows meeting organisers to book one of the hotel’s penthouse suites for meetings of up to twelve delegates. The package includes unlimited tea and coffee, still and sparkling mineral water, and jugs of fruit juice. A luxury buffet lunch, served in the room, along with a fresh fruit platter and snacks served during coffee break are also included.
Meeting materials include a 6’x6’ tripod screen, LCD projector, flipchart and conference phone. Complimentary Wi-Fi connection is available for all delegates and pads and pens are also be supplied. In addition all attendees will each receive complimentary snacks and a glass of Champagne in Park Plaza County Hall’s exclusively reserved Mezzanine Lounge Bar.
Delegates can also use one of the private dining rooms (subject to availability. Dinner is charged from £35.00 per person). For the meeting organiser, the package offers a complimentary 30 minute spa treatment at the Park Plaza County Hall Aurora treatment room.
