A crumbling beach shed which doesn’t even have views of the sea in Worthing is going for a mere £9500 even though the shed is almost completely falling down.
Beach houses with views over the beach have been known to change hands for £10,000’s but this has to be the first time a shed which only has 3 sides and nothing inside making it essentially a falling down garden shed, has been up for sale for such a massive sum.

All the other sheds in the area look quite nice, although the background of a gravel car park doesn’t exactly make the most appealing location. However as is often the case, the land on which the shed is situated might be worth the money rather than the building itself.
