Some of the UK’s most popular tourist locations are at the prettiest out of season when they’re free from crowds, the Autumn colours are turning or the crisp Winter air looms. I agree. Off season self-catering breaks can be real value.
Ten years ago, we stayed in Cornwall in the Winter, it was, perhaps the best break we ever had.
