5 good excuses to enjoy the New Forest this Autumn

Thinking of somewhere to visit now that Autumn is well and truly upon us? How about the New Forest? Here are 5 good excuses to enjoy the New Forest this Autumn.

- Lymington market and shops – plenty of unusual gifts for the Christmas shopper who wants to beat the crowds.
- a bracing walk along the sea front followed by a creamy hot chocolate.
- Exbury Gardens is a blaze of colour at this time of year.
- New Forest Cider has its apple presses working.
- as usual there are lots of forest paths and coastal walks to explore.

The New Forest is always a great place to go in Autumn. A lot to see and do and easy to get to. I don’t think many people come to stay in the New Forest this time of year, so it will be much quieter than the summer months. Good opportunity to get a quick break.
