It’s proving to be a rather chaotic day in London today, with the first of a number of planned one-day strikes now well and truly underway. The BBC has a good photo gallery showing just how chaotic it is. They’ve also produce a list of the Underground stations that are currently closed. An extra 100 buses and 10,000 more passenger journeys on Thames riverboat services have been laid on but the city is clearly still struggling to cope with the strain.
