Brighton Photo Fringe Hastings 2010

Banksy made his mark here a few weeks ago. Local artist, Ben Eine, has his handiwork on display all over town. The new Jerwood Art Gallery will display its collection of 20th century British art to the general public for the first time when it opens in Hastings Old Town 2011. Now putting Hastings & St Leonards firmly in the frame once again, the Brighton Photo Fringe has spread east to this hub of artistic creativity and runs on throughout October until 14th November 2010.

A series of sixteen shows is running from established venues such as F-ish Gallery and the Hastings Arts Forum. There’s also a meta-show: On The Map, and bus passengers will be kept amused by Louise Kenward’s Waiting for the Bus.
