Just when you’d got Halloween over, it’s already time for Christmas at least in Bristol with the opening of the Cribbs Causeway’s Winter Wonderland.
Opening for its 11th year, the attraction will open from Thursday 11th November with the region’s biggest outdoor ice rink, Santa’s Castle and traditional market stalls selling all kinds of Christmas gifts.
After the opening ceremony performed by Santa, visitors will be able to meet and stroke Santa’s reindeer. Olympic ice skating hopeful, 13 year old Bella Larkin, will then open the ice rink with a short ice skating display.
Alongside the Winter Wonderland there will also be 135 shops open till 10pm every weekday evening in the The Mall at Cribbs Causeway.
