If you like to saviour your tea and you’re partial to chocolates, then why not pop down to the Teasmith in East London for their tea tasting experience.
Considering us Brits drink millions of cups of tea a year, it’s slightly surprising that we (apparently) aren’t that good at making it. But never fear for The Teasmith in London have the answer in their hour long tea tasting sessions, with chocolates thrown in for good measure.
I would seriously doubt you’ll find any ooh-ahh* going on here or even Stephen Fry popping up trying to convince you to buy some expensive brand….but what you do get is tea experts showing you both how tea should be made and what types of tea are available at the high end.
* Can anyone remember what tea advert used “ooh-ahh” as its slogan?
** If you live in London of course you’ll probably drink 5 a day.
