The launch of the new NewcastleGateshead iPhone app looks to give visitors a hands-on approach to the destination this winter season and beyond. Visitors can now download the Official NewcastleGateshead City Guide iPhone App with the simple touch of a button.
The app is one of the first to be developed and used by a tourism organisation in the UK, combining an abundance of interactive features, and supplying information on all things NewcastleGateshead.
You can search for hotels, restaurants and bars, or browse what’s on for festivals, shows and events. The app also allows visitors to visualise where they are in relation to top attractions, activities and popular eateries, along with the ability to plan a shortlist of all the things you want to do and see.
The app can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store for just £1.19.
