Looking for a tour guide? Try the London homeless!

Looking for something a little different next time you’re in London? A volunteer organisation known as The Sock Mob are putting London visitors in touch with homeless tour guides for a unique insight into London. Unseen Tours take place at 7pm on Fridays and 3pm on Saturdays and start from £5 per person.  Each tour finishes with a stop at an historic pub, giving you the opportunity – if you wish – to get to know your guide a little better.

Intrigued by the idea of hiring homeless people as tour guides.
    How has it gone?
