Proof that the sun always shines in Manchester

Manchester has a bit of a reputation which states that it always rains, but as this video proves, this isn’t always the case.

The video shows scenes from around Manchester both ground based and skyline in which the city is bathed in sunshine. To back this up, a little research suggests that Manchester is actually below the UK annual rainfall average getting a mere 31.76 inches a year.

Above we also show one of Manchester’s most iconic images – the Manchester United Stadium based in good ol’ northern sunshine.
