The photos of Prince William and Kate Middleton have been splashed around the world, but what few have noticed is an unusual addition – a small pink worm in the shots.
Bringing possibly one of the cutest moments to the entire event, if you look closely at the little girl just to the left of Prince Philip, you’ll see her holding something pink.
The girl in question is 3 year old Eliza Lopes who is the Duchess of Cornwall’s granddaughter and the worm was given to her by Prince Harry as they travelled back from the wedding.
According to the Duchess who was travelling in the carriage, Eliza was looking a bit worried by all the crowds, so Harry produced this £1 toy from his pocket to keep her entertained. She was so taken by this toy that she refused to give it up and even kept it for the official wedding photos.

The as yet unnamed worm has now been immortalised in the royal history books, and we presume Eliza still has it.
