I saw a headline in our Twitter feed today that suggested some pubs across England were to become tourist information centres. Unfortunately, clicking on the link just threw up an error and we can’t seem to find a link to a relevant story. We’re not sure whether it was about former pub buildings being converted or a means of existing pubs helping to survive. But in any case, do we need more tourist information centres in the UK when we have hundreds already?
