The UK’s 10 rudest pub names

Yesterday we posted our top 10 strangest pub names. In doing the research for this, we came across quite a few names that… let’s just say… could be construed differently.  So, without further ado, we present you with the UK’s 10 rudest pub names. Those who are easily offended should look away now.

1. Dirty Dick, Bishopsgate, London
2. The Fanny on the Hill, Welling, Kent
3. The Milkmaid’s Jugs (we’ve heard there is one, but can’t seem to locate it!)
4. The Cock Inn (various locations)
5. The Black Cock (various locations)
6. Fanny by Gaslight, Kilmarnock, Strathclyde
7. Spread Eagle (various locations)
8. The Fighting Cocks (various locations)
9. Dorset Knob, Poole, Dorset
10. Brewers Droop (various locations)

Think you can do better? Post a comment to tell us of a pub with an even ruder name!
