Shane Hughes from Ynyshir Hall in Wales, Mark Teasdale from Sharrow Bay on Lake Ullswater and Nigel Mendham from The Samling on Lake Windermere, will pack up their stars and take them on the road as they showcase the best of British cuisine at four different von Essen hotel locations.
The event, which will run for five days between 25th and 29th October 2010, will visit:

Although each chef shares the philosophy of using the finest locally sourced produce, they each have their own distinctive style, which will produce a rare and exciting collaboration at each event.
The chefs have created a special tasting dinner and a three course tasting lunch menu, which feature a selection of each chef’s signature dishes.
